Normally a quotation visit takes around 15 minutes for us to get an idea of what you require and get some approximate sizes. Quotations are then either sent out the next day by post or email, whichever you prefer.

We are are a FENSA registered company which means that any completed domestic installatiion could be subject to inspection by a British Board of Agrement Inspector (on behalf of FENSA), to ensure our work complies with the latest Building Regulations.

All of our frames and sealed double or triple glazed units are guaranteed for ten years from the day of job completion, in addition you will also receive an Insurance Backed Guarantee (for FENSA registered jobs) which would cover any work we do for your peace of mind.

Do we only sell Double Glazing?

No! As well as our core trade in PVC-U windows doors and conservatories, we offer a full range of Aluminium windows and doors and an extensive range of Timber windows, all to meet the latest Building Regulations and beyond. We also supply and fit new Fascias Soffits and Gutters, Shopfronts, Garage Doors, Teleflex remote window operation gearing, and Loft windows. Triple Glazing

Although current Building Regulations only require a replacement window with an Window Energy Rating (WER) with a value of C in a domestic situation be fitted, Artisan Windows' standard offer is for WER A rated windows. To achieve this the window would be double glazed, however an energy efficiency even greater than that currently scored by the British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) can be achieved with a third pane of glass.
